Creative conscience entry
This project responds to the Creative Conscience brief focusing on a social issue. I chose to create my project on visible skin conditions and public perception. The campaign explores how skin is often unfairly judged and aims to challenge these attitudes through design and visual communication.

Ink and alcohol experimentation
The inks and alcohol created unpredictable patterns, many with a dry quality that resembled rashes and blotches.

Typography and texture development
I sanded, scrunched, and cut the paper to create texture and convey deeper meaning. By combining typography with physical texture, I wanted to reflect the imperfect nature of skin and create a stronger connection between the visual surface and the meaning of the words.

How to make latex sheets from liquid latex
Latex has a strong visual and physical resemblance to skin, making it an effective material for expressing my concept. Through continued experimentation, I discovered that layering previously created textures within the latex produced particularly engaging and realistic results.

This stage was about strengthening both the visual impact and the message. By carefully placing textures and materials, I aimed to raise awareness, educate viewers, and reinforce the project’s supportive intention.
